Pricing, Quantity & Quality

All the products listed on the website will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The price mentioned at time of ordering will be charged while delivery. The price mentioned is for the quantity. If the billed product has a higher / lower quantity than the mentioned, the change of price is billed separately adjusted accordingly. We have made our best effort to display the true tone of all our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual tone you see depends on your monitor and we can’t guarantee the same result over all monitors. So few of the products delivered may differ from the displayed image. We are bound to deliver the best quality item in the described quantity. NEITHAL ships ordered products 24-72 working hrs from the time of order. NEITHAL collaborates with renowned transport service providers for delivery of goods. We let customers choose a provider of their convenience. Transport and Delivery timelines are governed by corresponding service provider. NEITHAL is not accountable for delays and damages during transport. NEITHAL requests customers to track transport status with respective service providers.

Cancellation Policy

NEITHAL accepts cancellation of order until packing. Once packed, cannot be cancelled. Customers can write to neithal.angaadi@gmail.com with Order Id and Details. NEITHAL shall initiate cancellation and possible refund proceedings, in 2 working days after receiving the request.
